RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU & Netherlands)
In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, at your own cost:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email info@urbanothelabel.com within 14 days for returns or within 30 days for exchanges. Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to return or exchange

    • For exchanges: desired replacement item(s)

  • We will send you a return form. Complete it and ship the items back within the applicable period.

Return Shipping
All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide labels or reimburse postage.

Processing & Refunds

  • Allow up to 7 business days after receipt for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are fulfilled by placing a new order upon receipt of the returned items.

Exceptions

  • Certain sale items may only be offered as store credit, at our discretion.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original labels may incur a value deduction.
